Reservations aren’t required but are highly recommended, as capacity restrictions apply. Open play is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm.

Yes! Every parent/guardian entering Playground Abode must sign a waiver for any child under 18, with no exceptions.

Although the little ones can't use our larger playground equipment, they can still have a blast in our playroom, which features a smaller ball pit and engaging busy boards in the toddler playhouse.

We do not offer refunds for play sessions booked in advance, as this holds a spot for you. However, we are happy to reschedule your session to a new day or time. Please give us a call or email us at hello@playgroundabode.com at least an hour before your booking to reschedule. We will not refund or reschedule bookings for no-calls or no-shows.

We operate as a shoe-free play space. All children and adults must wear socks in the play areas – it's a NO SOCKS, NO PLAY policy! Additionally, we provide lockers for you to store your shoes during your visit, ensuring a clean and enjoyable play environment.

Yes, we allow only 25 children per play session. This helps ensure the playground is never overcrowded or overstimulating.

If your child is unwell, we kindly request that you stay home and return to visit us when they are feeling better. For the well-being of all guests, please refrain from bringing any child displaying symptoms of illness (such as cough, fever, runny nose, etc.) or those with a medical condition (e.g., COVID, lice, flu, etc.). Your consideration helps maintain a healthy environment for everyone.

Our dedicated staff continuously wipes down play areas and high-touch surfaces throughout the day. At the end of each day, hard surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and mopped, while carpets are vacuumed. Additionally, all playground equipment is sanitized and disinfected using a fogging machine with EPA-grade disinfectant.

We allow two adults per child with a ticket. Each additional adult is $10.00

Our playground is designed for children aged 1 to 8 years old. Tickets are required for children aged 10 months and older.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, reusable water bottles are permitted. We have a selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase, and complimentary coffee and tea are provided for adults.

No, strollers are not allowed as they can take up a lot of room and, like shoes, can track germs into the play space. Car seats are permitted for infants, but strollers are not allowed.

Yes, we offer free, high‑speed wi‑fi for all guests!
